Fat loss, although can be achieved through a standard formula of moving to use more calories than you are consuming (so eating in a calorie deficit and exercising regularly) - there are also other factors that play a role, mainly stress and the weight of your emotional body. The body responds to you and your life based on what it perceives it needs to do to keep you alive, so if you are constantly stressed, it will struggle to let go of body fat because it believes you will need it to survive 9it can't differentiate between different kinds of stressors and their impact). Moreover, emotional trauma stores itself in the body until it is fully felt and released. For this reason, you might be doing all the correct things but still struggle to lose body fat until you take your wellness journey to another level and address the emotional/spiritual aspects of your life.

thinking about what you can add rather than what you can subtract is also a good way to think about weight loss. like, adding fruits, even if you eat out multiple times a week. adding daily walks, even if your lifestyle is more sedetary than not
