Papaya, Dates, your choice of milk or water, bananas, any additional berries (raspberries or blueberries) 

Any concoction of fruits and vegetables in a smoothie is an amazing way to get important vitams and nutrients into your body. 

This particular combination is great for gut health, as the papaya improve digestive functions, and it's great for a kick of energy, provided by the dates and banana

Spinach
Berries
beetroot 
mango
bananas 
Milk and sweetener of your choice (optional)

a great way to get a wide range of vitamins and minerals into your diet, and great for improving heart and lung health (beetroot)
